Please note that not every original BMW valve module controls the exhaust valves according to official ECE guidelines. There may be minor deviations that cannot be legalized in combination with an aftermarket exhaust system. Therefore, we recommend our own valve control module with ECE approval, which fully complies with legal requirements and legalizes the Exhaust.one system.

If you have already installed other components on your M3 (e.g., power upgrades, intercoolers, intake systems) or plan to add them in the future, our ECE approval will be void, and a new combination approval at the TÜV will be required.
